Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Nordics. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with hospitality businesses in your territory
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
  • Partner with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
  • Fluent Danish and comfortable with English as our business language
  • Ability to travel around for customer meetings
