Your Role

As a Chief Technology Strategist or Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology strategies that drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with our Product Owners, Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Citizen Developers, and other Global Chapter Leads to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and digital transformation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize workflows
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in software development and leadership roles
  • Proven ability to lead agile teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Expertise in Agile methodology and technical leadership
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated servant leadership qualities and commitment to diversity and inclusion

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
