We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Director to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our marketplace sales strategy and building a strong team to drive growth and profitability.

About the Role

  • The E-commerce Marketplace Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketplace strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability.
  • You will lead a team of professionals to build and maintain relationships with key partner platforms, such as Zalando and About You.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize operations and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies based on data analysis and insights.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within sales, fashion, or marketplace operations, preferably within e-commerce.
  • You possess a strong analytical mindset and are motivated by taking responsibility and leading growth.
  • You have excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field is preferred.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of DKK 850,000 - DKK 1,050,000 per annum, depending on experience.
