About the Role

We are seeking part-time seasonal agricultural field surveyors to join our team in Jelgava, Latvia.

As a Field Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting data on regenerative agricultural practices in agrifood supply chains. This involves travelling to local designated areas of interest and documenting information including crop types and tillage intensity using a mobile app.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting data on crop types and tillage intensity in designated areas
  • Using a mobile app to document and log data
  • Uploading data daily
Requirements:
  • Experience working in agriculture to identify major crops and tillage practices
  • An iPhone or Android device to run our data collection app
  • A valid driver's licence and own transportation to travel to assigned locations
What We Offer

Flexible work arrangements with a minimum of 8 hours (1 day) per week required

Competitive hourly rate: €120-€150 per day

Lunch expenses covered at €7 per full 8-hour day

Mileage expenses covered at €0.23 per km in EU countries
