I samarbejde med andre universiteter og virksomheder vil du udvikle og implementere strategier for at fremme karriereudvikling og integration for medfølgende ægtefæller/partnere i Danmark. Du vil være nøgleperson i et internationalt netværk, hvor vi arbejder sammen om at skabe muligheder for disse mennesker.
Rekruttering og trivsel på jobmarkedet
En anden vigtig opgave er rekruttering og trivsel på jobmarkedet. Du vil være ansvarlig for at identificere potentielle kandidater og sørge for, at de føler sig velkommen på arbejdspladsen. Derudover vil du også arbejde på at øge motivationen og engagementet hos eksisterende medarbejdere.
