Jobbeskrivelse:

Hos CBRE Global Workplace Solutions søger vi en dygtig Indkøbsleder til Industrial & Manufacturing Client, hvor du vil være ansvarlig for at levere håndgribelige og målbare resultater.

Aktivitetsfelt:

Du vil arbejde med kundens indkøbs- og driftsteam for at opretholde høje standarder for ydeevne, levering af økonomiske mål, omkostningseffektivitet og ressourceeffektivitet. Det vil indebære:

  • Kategori/Procurement Strategy: Udvikling og kommunikation af indkøbsvision, -strategi og -køreplaner, der er i overensstemmelse med kundens strategier og mål.
  • Procurement Process: Leding af leveringen af en end-to-end indkøbsproces, der bidrager væsentligt til kundens økonomiske og indkøbsmæssige mål.
  • Commercial/Contract Management: Sikring af kontrakten.
  • Supplier Performance Management (SPM): Driver løbende forbedringer (CI) med nøgleleverandører for at understøtte mål for omkostningsreduktion og værdiforøgelse.
  • Compliance Management: Sikring af at kundens governance-/overholdelsesprocesser overholdes i hele indkøbsprocessen.
  • Rapportering: Rapportering om forsyningskædens KPI'er, mangfoldighed og bæredygtighed eller andre indkøbsrapporter efter kundens behov.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Dokumenteret evne til effektivt at lede, organisere, motivere og udvikle mennesker i en matrixstyret organisation.
  • En passion for at levere håndgribelige og målbare resultater.
  • Stærk kommerciel indsigt og dokumenteret erfaring med at identificere og levere betydelige besparelser.
  • I stand til at planlægge og styre flere arbejdsprogrammer effektivt.
  • Relevant mellem-lang universitetsuddannelse. Mindst 5 års relateret erfaring med indkøb af facility management-tjenester og -forsyninger eller indirekte indkøb.
  • Fremragende skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner i dansk og engelsk. Stærke organisatoriske og analytiske færdigheder. Evne til at yde effektiv, rettidig, pålidelig og høflig service til kunderne. Evne til effektivt at præsentere information. Evne til at reagere effektivt på følsomme spørgsmål.
  • Selvdrevet og selvmotiveret til at opfylde alle forpligtelser. Positiv og entusiastisk. Respektfuld over for medarbejdere på alle niveauer i organisationen. Kontinuerligt lærende sind. Målorienteret.
