Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead our ethics and human rights programs, ensuring alignment with international standards and stakeholder expectations. The successful candidate will shape and further develop our compliance agenda, driving continuous improvement and excellence within Danfoss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the content of the Danfoss Ethics Handbook and Human Rights program.
  • Drive compliance with human rights-related legislation and exceed customer expectations to create business opportunities.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee Human Rights Due Diligence processes and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across HR, Communications, Procurement, and other departments to integrate ethics and human rights into our global operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in international law, international politics, or a related field.
  • Several years of cross-organizational management experience, preferably within a large corporation.
  • Experience in corporate compliance, governance, sustainability, and knowledge of international human rights frameworks (e.g., UN Global Compact, Modern Slavery Acts).
