Wind Energy Project Coordinator – Bid Support Specialist

Ramboll is a world-leading consulting engineering company, and we are currently seeking an experienced Wind Energy Project Coordinator to join our Business Intelligence & Sales function. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our bid managers and the extended tender team in the coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation assistance: Providing support in the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals by collecting, compiling, and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
  • Tender team support: Supporting the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
  • Data management: Supporting the documentation of client- and project-relevant data through various digital tools (e.g., CRM) and assisting in compiling information for business intelligence activities (e.g., key account and country meetings).
  • Content management: Supporting the organization and maintenance of templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary project teams, handle a wide range of tasks, and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
