About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated HSE team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing HSE-related data, communicating key findings to stakeholders, and coordinating various initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to implement improvements and enhance overall HSE performance.

  • Initiatives: Support initiatives to enhance employee well-being and provide necessary follow-up.
  • Training: Oversee HSE training initiatives to ensure compliance and competency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with HSE.
  • Interest in working with data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of HSE principles and practices.
  • Language proficiency in Danish and English.
