As an Ecommerce Category Growth Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to accelerate mutual growth between Royal Canin and key accounts. You will create and implement comprehensive customer account plans and joint business plans to drive category growth and profitability targets.

You will lead international customer negotiations within our commercial framework, focusing on building strong, long-term partnerships. Your customer-centric approach will help us deliver on our growth and profitability targets. You will also deploy our category vision and co-own signature programs such as Perfect Store and Perfect Digital Store within your scope of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field and several years of customer-facing experience with P&L responsibility. Proven experience handling customers that have a significant presence in the ecommerce channel is essential for this role. Fluency in English and a respective Nordic language is required.
