Head of Onboard Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Onboard Services team as the Head of Onboard Services. This is a critical role that will be responsible for strategically managing and developing the Travel Retail and F&B categories on our cruise vessels.

• Develop and implement long-term category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead a team of category managers, coordinators, and other support staff to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of category strategies.
• Monitor team and category performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Represent the Onboard Services team in route management meetings and communicate the vision for the route both internally and externally.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and/or F&B management, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective category management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
