CATI Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CATI Manager to lead our Fieldwork team in Odense. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our CATI team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving process optimization.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Responsible for recruiting and training new interviewers, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and equipped to deliver high-quality interviews from the start.
• Team Management: Train and lead interviewers, ensuring they are well-informed about project goals and requirements, and coordinate their schedules.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of data collection by conducting regular quality checks on interviews and responses, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrections as needed.
• Performance Management: Monitor interviewers' performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.
• Quota Monitoring: Ensure the project meets the necessary quotas, monitor data collection, and make decisions to avoid deviations.
• Daily Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between interviewers and the Operations Manager, handle daily communication, answer questions, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during data collection.
• Inputs for Project Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and provide valuable inputs to project leadership, including adjustments to workflows, training needs for interviewers, or changes to the project's strategy.
• Process Optimization: Work on internal development projects that promote forward-looking operations by optimizing workflows and implementing new, effective solutions.

• Experience in team management, preferably from a similar operational role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work structured and detail-oriented.
• Experience with quality control is an asset.
• Experience with project work.
