We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team in Kalundborg, Denmark. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving productivity and effectiveness by setting up a well-defined reporting structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive implementation of LEAN manufacturing mindset, tools, and standards
  • Focus on providing innovative, efficient, and effective solutions and systems
  • Set up a well-defined reporting structure, from shop floor to management level

Your tasks will include: mapping the department's future needs, gathering input from stakeholders, and developing a yearly cycle of critical milestones for the department.

About the Department:

The Business Partner, M3 Production Support & Engineering is part of the M3 project, Novo Nordisk's largest investment project to date. The project involves designing and building future API facilities as multi-product facilities. You will work with a diverse group of approximately 300 talented colleagues from over 30 different national backgrounds.
