We are seeking a highly skilled ADME Scientist to join our team in the Department of Drug Metabolism. As an ADME Scientist, you will play a critical role in planning, conducting, and reporting in vitro and in vivo ADME studies, including metabolite profiling and identification in animal species and humans.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, conduct, and report ADME studies using state-of-the-art LC-MS and radiochemical detection techniques.
- Evaluate human metabolites for safety testing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent the Metabolism group in project teams, driving the science and progress of new innovative medicines.
- Collaborate with Contract Research Organisations (CROs) to conduct studies externally.
- PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, or chemical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and biochemical reactions.
- Hands-on experience with sample preparation, LC-MS, and NMR techniques.
- Experience with GLP/GCP is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
