About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious and skilled developer who can take ownership of complex projects, from planning to implementation. Your primary focus will be on front-end development, but you'll also have opportunities to contribute to back-end initiatives.

The Growth Web team is a dynamic group of experienced and junior developers working together to improve our web experience for millions of users. We prioritize web performance, SEO, and developer experience, making it an ideal environment for those who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Taking lead roles in architecting and implementing front-end solutions
  • Contributing to back-end projects, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality code
  • Mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices within the team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing professionals

You'll be responsible for creating high-quality, performant code that meets our standards. Your expertise in modern web development, design systems, and NextJS will enable us to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on front-end development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile environments
  • A passion for continuous learning and growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with Typescript, Javascript, React, NextJS, Docker, K8S, Terraform, npm, turborepo, webpack, babel, code-splitting, Prometheus, Grafana, Jest/Cypress/Playwright
