Optimization and Training Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Optimization and Training Specialist to join our team in Bagsværd. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development of multiple CMC API Pilot factories and contribute to the analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, organizational development, or psychology, with at least 5 years of experience in training knowledge. They will also possess project management skills, with the ability to drive a project to completion and engage project members and key stakeholders.
The successful applicant will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training and increase human performance. They will be responsible for maintaining and broadening Novo Nordisk training concepts across our area and driving improvement projects related to training.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting site implementation of Novo Nordisk Training standards
- Driving improvement projects related to training, such as "time-to-skill" tracks
- Maintaining and broadening Novo Nordisk training concepts across our area
This role involves travel, with a minimum of 20 days expected per year. The successful candidate will have access to our global training organization and will work closely with API Pilots Job Function Coordinators, Training Supporters, and Training Partners in similar positions.
