Senior Quality Systems Engineer with a Passion for Innovation

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our comprehensive quality management system, emphasizing the enhancement and optimization of quality processes. Your key tasks will include:
- Managing quality aspects directly related to ISO standards.
- Contributing to the development of quality management systems, focusing on auditing processes, KPIs management, training, and competencies development, SOPs, instructions, and improvement projects/activities.
- Supporting line management and stakeholders in fulfilling their quality accountability.
- Actively contributing to maintaining and improving defined quality levels of processes.
- Ensuring customer requirements are fully met by establishing quality control measures like PPAP, Quality Control plans, etc.
- Promoting and managing continuous improvement projects in the quality area, aligning with Alfa Laval's Quality Strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong skills and experience in quality systems and ISO standards, particularly in production and site-level quality management. A background in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement tools, and Lead Auditing certification would be highly advantageous. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for collaboration within a global organization.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $85,000-$110,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
