The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled QC Project Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Digital Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS)– Fill & Finish Expansions department, you will play a crucial role in building a digital QC module and accelerating its implementation across global sites.
Responsibilities
- You will serve as the point of contact for the expansion site and take ownership of project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation.
- Support the IT/OT Expansion Site Lead in outlining scope, deliverables, and timelines for the QC module.
- Coordinate and align with stakeholders' dependencies, change control, and execution of standards.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance and quality in all project aspects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic & Computer Science, or Information & Communication Technology.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working with GMP environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of connectivity between equipment and IT systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and communicating at various organizational levels.
- Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to co-create solutions that drive value to the company.

The DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions department is a program organization built on a multi-dimensional matrix structure, fostering cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, focusing on establishing strong foundational IT and automation to enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
