About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Scientific Integration department, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and collaboration across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to integrate and bridge scientific ideation and innovation initiatives across Global Drug Development (GDD) and Research & Early development (R&ED)
  • Drive value generation analysis of innovation initiatives and guide scientists on maturation of ideas
  • Identify and leverage new cross-organizational innovation opportunities to enrich our early pipeline
  • Organize and facilitate scientific workshops and seminars to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Facilitate cross-R&ED communication of Scientific integration activities through digital solutions and newsletters
Requirements
  • MSc degree supplemented with a PhD or similar, preferably within Life Science
  • 3+ years of project management experience, leading cross-organizational projects
  • Experience in pharma, life science, or biotech industry and/or a deep understanding of the R&D value chain
  • Demonstrated ability to drive processes and projects from idea to implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
