The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing equity compensation strategies, conducting global remuneration benchmarks, and designing new variable pay schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement equity compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct global remuneration benchmarks and design new variable pay schemes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses for the Remuneration Committee and Board.

Requirements

  1. M.Sc. in Business Administration, HRM, or similar.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in global Rewards/Compensation & Benefits.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
