Role Overview:
In this position, you will oversee the coordination of blade mold installations within our manufacturing facilities. Projects may range from individual mold setups to comprehensive production line installations in new facilities. Collaborating closely with suppliers and production managers, you will develop a cohesive plan to ensure timely execution by both internal teams and external partners.
You will serve as the primary contact for all installation-related inquiries, engaging with users, suppliers, equipment designers, and maintenance teams. Particularly during the establishment of new factories, you will manage multiple simultaneous installations, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess technical feasibility in relation to project requirements.
- Develop installation plans and schedules for internal teams and subcontractors.
- Act as the main liaison for Mold Manufacturing throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with specialists from various disciplines to coordinate technical interfaces.
- Facilitate daily meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on installation progress.
Qualifications:
We seek a motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills. You should be adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and driven to deliver quality results within established timelines. Experience in project management is crucial, ideally complemented by a background in craftsmanship, such as Marine Engineering.
Candidates should demonstrate several years of detailed project management experience in similar roles. Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Projects, is advantageous.
A multicultural work environment is essential, and proficiency in both Danish and English, written and spoken, is required.
