About the Role
  • Manage financial activities for the Turkish/Southeast European subsidiary and other entities.
  • Maintain relationships with local financial institutions as needed.
  • Support gross profit controlling using data-driven processes.
  • Prepare and quality-assure financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and dividend regulations, including transfer pricing.
  • Optimize financial processes and improve systems for efficiency and data quality.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role or audit firm.
  • Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing workload independently.
  • Familiarity with tax, dividend, and VAT handling in the EU and Turkey is an advantage.
  • Experience with data-driven controlling and optimizing financial processes is an advantage.
