Job Description

At Exerp, a leading provider of member management solutions for the fitness and leisure industry, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Copenhagen. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems.
  • New user onboarding, asset, and access management.
  • Handle daily IT user support through tickets and communication channels.
  • Manage Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  • Provide technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Document IT procedures and provide user training when needed.
Requirements
  • Ideally 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD).
  • You thrive in delivering excellent and positive service to employees.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device management.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent English language proficiency required – Danish is a plus but not required.
