Job Title: Senior Manager, Circular Product Design
Location: Billund, Denmark or London, United Kingdom
Role Summary
As a Senior Manager in Circular Product Design, you will lead the development of our circular product design strategy, driving strategic projects related to circular product design and collaborating with teams across the business. You will also develop internal sustainability standards on sustainable and circular product design. To succeed in this role, you should have a science-based background in environmental sustainability and deep experience working with environmental sustainability. Previous experience with circular product design in a corporate environment is preferred. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate. A proven strategic approach with a flair for simplifying complexities and seeing the bigger picture while paying attention to detail is also necessary. Experience with electronic embedded products, including batteries, is preferred.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our circular product design strategy
- Drive strategic projects related to circular product design
- Collaborate with teams across the business to achieve our sustainability goals
- Develop internal sustainability standards on sustainable and circular product design
