Research Focus

The Rasmussen Lab applies machine and deep learning techniques for comprehensive data analysis and integration. Our goal is to create powerful predictive models that can analyze various data modalities and provide new insights into cardiometabolic disease mechanisms.

Job Responsibilities

As a postdoctoral researcher, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and training deep learning-based foundation models using large-scale biobank data.
  2. Implementing methodologies such as neural networks, variational autoencoders, and transformers.
  3. Collaborating with our team to advance research in cardiometabolic disease modeling.
  4. Interpreting results and disseminating findings through presentations and publications.
