Technical Team Lead and Software Development Manager

Our mission is to provide cutting-edge technological tools to law enforcement agencies and intelligence services, empowering them to protect citizens more effectively.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our technical strategy and leading the development of new features.
Your Responsibilities:- Foster a productive environment that drives results and growth by guiding and supporting the team.
- Ensure the well-being of the team through regular development dialogues and salary reviews.
- Assist in maintaining systems and ensuring they remain operational and deliver effective results.
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and develop new features.
- Develop, improve, and maintain systems for automating the analysis of large data sets.
- Research and test new methods and tools to address customer challenges.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues based on internal and external testing.
You may be a former software developer with experience leading a small team or a senior engineer with excellent communication skills. You're capable of working independently when necessary but also thrive in a team environment. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to set and communicate goals, and develop a plan to achieve them.
- Experience with software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/React programming.
- Knowledge of IP Data and Protocol analysis.
