We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Digital Health & Staffs Quality department, you will be responsible for providing QA oversight and support for Complaints, Audits & Inspections. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse processes, collaborate with stakeholders across the company, and contribute to shaping the future of our area.Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong knowledge and advisory within Quality Management System and external regulations.
- Handle complex case deviations and document updates efficiently.
- Contribute quality knowledge to process confirmations on Corporate Processes and Sub-processes.
- Maintain overview of external requirements impacting the area.
- Guide and contribute to audit and inspections.
- Identify and implement process improvements according to cLEAN principles.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple departments and management layers effectively.
Requirements
- A Master's degree within Pharmacy, Engineering, or similar field.
- 5+ years of QA experience from the pharmaceutical industry or regulated areas.
- Knowledge of GxP requirements and/or ISO9000.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
