About the Job
We are seeking a Lead PE Specialist to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a key member of our Concept and Launch department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing strategies for new products. You will work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to integrate manufacturing considerations into early-stage product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies for new products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical, economic, and operational factors for new concepts
- Define robust manufacturing strategies for new product introductions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Extensive working experience in manufacturing, design, and product development, layout development, concept selection, feasibility study, or similar role
- Good broad technical foundation, and the ability to pick up new knowledge fast
- Strong ability to conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis
- Good problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to overcoming obstacles
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English both in writing and verbally; Danish language skill is welcomed and would be beneficial in daily communication work
