Job Description:

The role is a full-time position. As a Department Manager, you will contribute to a positive work environment and know how to motivate and coach your colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience within retail
  • Strong communicator – both in groups and one-on-one
  • Great organizational skills – you love to keep things in order
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and experienced in working with performance statistics
  • Business-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction. You particularly like to transform customer advice into sales and are driven by collective success.
  • Leadership experience
  • Proficient in Danish and English
