We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to join our team in a new and permanent position. As a Process Development Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical methods and related equipment, interacting closely with the laboratory and our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and validate analytical methods and related equipment in accordance with current internal and external requirements (GMP guidelines and pharmacopoeias).
- Collaborate with our team to drive technology innovation, strengthen the use of data in the department, and implement relevant digital tools.
- Ensure that methods are performed in accordance with current internal and external requirements, both within the department and towards our sites.
- A master's degree and/or PhD in life science (biology, engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceutical science, or equivalent) with a quality mindset.
- Solid knowledge of microbiology, preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field.
- Experience with microbiological methodology and data analysis.
- Knowledge and experience with good manufacturing practice (cGMP).
- Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
We are a microbiological department consisting of 5 teams, which are part of a larger QC department. In the department, we are around 80 employees, and you will be part of a good and well-functioning microbiological analysis team consisting of 17 committed and skilled laboratory technicians and scientists.
