We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Group People & Culture team (P&C). The successful candidate will be based in either Oslo or Copenhagen group HQ and report directly to the Chief People, Culture and Organizational Transformation Officer.

Salary and Job Description

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, your responsibilities will include developing and leading the yearly cycle process of the Annual salary review and Gender equal pay analysis, coordinating and preparing material for Remuneration Committee and Board meetings, and supporting the group with international mobility assignments together with Group Tax.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits related roles.
  • Previous experience in handling short- and long-term incentive programs.
  • Experience working with job evaluation methodologies such as Towers Watson or Mercer.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree within HR, Law, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
