About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Lead to join our team at Edenred Finland Oy. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing our information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to manage risks effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, DORA, NIS-2, and ISO 27001.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design secure network architectures and system configurations.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product departments to ensure the integration of security practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats to our IT infrastructure and data.
  • Oversee the incident response process, ensuring timely identification, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
  • Maintain detailed records of security incidents, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
  • Develop and implement security awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in a role of IT Security, IT Risk, or IT Audit.
  • 2 years' experience in a leadership position.
  • Extensive knowledge of security and risk frameworks, as well as software development best practices.
  • Professional security management certification is a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) or proven experience with international security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO/IEC 27001).
  • Proven experience in banking, payment, or insurance (with relevant certifications such as PCI DSS, PSD2, ISO27001) is a strong plus.
  • Experience in integrating security into product development lifecycle (Agile) is a strong plus.
  • International experience or working in an international environment is a strong plus.
