The Role of Content & Learning Platform Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Learning Platform Manager to join our Learning & Development team.

This role offers the chance to shape our learning future and inspire employees to excel in our growing international organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing content and learning platforms that boost employee engagement and optimize learning efficiency.

  • Analyse user engagement and feedback to continuously improve content quality and platform usability.
  • Establish guidelines and best practices for content creation and platform usage.
  • Align the content strategy with the global L&D approach while adapting to local market needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the learning experience.
  • Coordinate with external content providers and vendors to deliver specialized training programs when necessary.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content development or learning platform management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing LMS and other learning platforms, including content curation, proficiency in e-learning tools and platform optimization.
  • Strong operational thinking and planning abilities, enabling the alignment of content and platform strategies with the organization's overarching objectives.
  • Experience working in international settings or managing content for global teams is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including IT, HR, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and external vendors.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree related to Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
