We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Analyst to join our dynamic Application Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure while implementing DevOps practices to streamline our development and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical driver to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems
  • Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including servers and databases
  • Release deployment, verification, and follow-up to ensure high quality and low cycle-time
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Incident investigations and management to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and release processes
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle
  • Initiate application dependency and infrastructure upgrade/patching to ensure optimal system performance
  • Disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or similar
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
