This is a chance to become part of Agilent Pathology R&D in the Solution, Usability and Process Team, where you can make your mark on new product introductions and enhancements coming from the Pathology Division.
The Solution, Usability and Process team ensures that Agilent Pathology products are developed as integrated solutions that support workflows in pathology laboratories, providing critical diagnostic results for cancer patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Marketing to collect customer input and prioritize it for development teams.
- Contribute to the design of key user interfaces and validate usability through direct input from end users.
- Follow released products and participate in sustain activities.
Strong background in pathology, deep understanding of staining techniques, and keen interest in system design. Excellent communication skills and ability to document work.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science or equivalent Life Science (Biology, Biochemistry).
- Fluency in English, oral and written.
- At least 3 years' experience in pathology, working in teams with diverse backgrounds, and strong networking skills.
