About the Role

We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to join our Group Research and Development department in Hedehusene. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and performing tests, analyzing data, and presenting conclusions on thermal performance and other product properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guiding R&D development projects and participating in line trials at our factories
  • Exploring test methods and data to become an expert in the field
  • Participating in internal and external networks, utilizing knowledge gained for improvement of standards for insulation products
  • Building up new knowledge and innovative solutions
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in chemical engineering or a related scientific field, and a couple of years of experience from a similar position, ideally within development. You should have solid communications skills, both written and oral, and a natural drive to reach out and understand business needs and challenges. Additionally, you should be willing to travel approximately 20 days per year across the globe and be a true team player.
