About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, IT Quality Assurance to join our dynamic global IT QA team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the regulatory compliance and operational excellence of our computerized systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA processes for emerging technologies, ensuring adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
  • Oversee system validation, including updates and migrations, to ensure seamless integration across our development platforms.
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements in our IT system lifecycle and validation procedures, ensuring a risk-based approach to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to align validation activities with corporate policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Develop and refine SOPs and validation framework to standardize practices across the organization.
  • Support the qualification of new vendors and oversee infrastructure projects to ensure robust and secure IT environments.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving forward-thinking solutions and practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, MS in Natural Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-8 years in IT Quality Assurance within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Deep expertise in the implementation and validation of IT systems, including cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, with stellar written and verbal communication abilities.
