As a Senior Category Manager, you will be part of an experienced Category Management team where you will have full opportunity to make visible results within your own categories of printed circuit board assembly and electronic components.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Spend Overview and Categorization: Collaborate with the Procurement team to create and maintain an overview of major direct spend categories within 3Shape and assigned to you, as well as close collaboration with key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Long-term Strategies: Develop and maintain long-term strategies for key spend categories, including execution plans, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Head Negotiations: As a good negotiator, you will have commercial responsibility for all major negotiations supporting the organization in getting the best possible conditions.
  • Best Practice: Support the organization with best practice for supplier selection and negotiation to ensure all direct spends are carried out professionally.
