Job Overview

As a Payroll Specialist and/or Payroll Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing payroll operations, providing exceptional support, and enhancing HR processes across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

About the Role
We are hiring one Payroll Lead and two Payroll Specialists. You can be placed in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen or Aarhus. The successful candidate will oversee payroll operations, develop and implement efficient HR processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Payroll Operations: Maintain and enhance partnerships with external payroll providers, manage and oversee payroll operations for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • HR and Payroll Process Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient HR processes, identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with People Business Partners to ensure cohesive operations, collaborate with other HR teams and experts to provide seamless support to employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations in Sweden, Norway, and/or Denmark, experience with payroll software and systems, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing payroll and HR data. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex payroll and HR concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
