Main Responsibilities
  1. Define project scope and requirements in collaboration with the engineering team, Executive PM, bid & sales.
  2. Take overall design responsibility.
  3. Drive the project team to work in an agile project management way, utilizing stand-up & sprint methodologies.
  4. Plan project deliverables according to the project schedule and milestones, in collaboration with the team.
  5. Stimulate, motivate, and inspire the project team to deliver on time, on cost, on spec, as part of our Agile Project Management setup.
  6. Follow-up on project results, KPIs, hours, and costs.
  7. Organize and execute engineering and bid activities for appointed quotations, in collaboration with the quotation engineer.
Requirements

We're looking for a well-structured individual who can lead engineering teams, working with an agile project management approach. You should be communicative and able to liaise across different cultures. You seek fulfillment in reaching set goals and getting things done.

For us, technical knowledge and pride in the details are essential. Our customers expect high-tech products from Alfa Laval, and quality in every part of our delivery.

You have a 'can do' attitude and are flexible and adaptable to changing situations. A positive mindset to changes is essential.

Training in agile project management is an advantage.

We believe you have several years of working experience from engineering positions, including experience as a project manager in an international and industrial environment.

You have a graduate degree in engineering, and you are fluent in written and verbal English.
