About the Role

The Head of Non-Financial Risk will be responsible for ensuring that DNB Auto Finance complies with and meets regulatory requirements, internal frameworks, and regulatory/supervisory requirements. This involves developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.

Key Challenges

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in non-financial risk areas
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal frameworks

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in risk management, operational risk, audit, or other related control functions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking industry regulations (e.g., AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, privacy, and operational risk)
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is a bonus)
