Multimedia Consultant

UNFPA is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Consultant to support the development of an online course on quantification of reproductive health commodities.

The purpose of this consultancy is to design, develop, and deliver multimedia elements of the online course, including interactive videos, quizzes, and assessments.

• Review and analyze existing course content to ensure topic understanding and propose appropriate learning methods.
• Design and develop multimedia content, including interactive videos, quizzes, and assessments, using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) or similar tools.
• Deliver a functional prototype of the course, demonstrating various modes of delivery, and refine the content based on feedback.
• Set up the course in a learning management system (e.g., Moodle) and establish assessments to measure learners' progress.
• Test and quality assure the materials, and orient course administrators on content management.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in multimedia development and creation of high-quality online trainings.
• Strong knowledge of new media skills, including video/audio editing, animation, graphic design, and instructional design.
• Experience in establishing and structuring e-learning materials in learning management systems (LMS).
• Fluency in English is required.

The project will be delivered based on milestones rather than daily/monthly remuneration. The approximate time of delivery is estimated to 3 months.
