We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Corporate Scaling team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business innovation through the effective use of data insights.

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights that inform our strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, maintain, and report on key business processes, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our performance metrics and areas for improvement.

You will also utilize data science methodologies to innovate and enhance our scaling processes, identify workload drivers, and continuously seek opportunities for optimization. Additionally, you will predict and forecast the long-term impact and effectiveness of scaling initiatives, ensuring that we take sustainable and conscientious steps.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights that improve sustainable scaling initiatives across all departments in Corporate Facilities.
  2. Collect, maintain, and report on key business processes.
  3. Utilize data science methodologies to innovate and enhance our scaling processes, identify workload drivers, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  4. Predict and forecast the long-term impact and effectiveness of scaling initiatives, ensuring that we take sustainable and conscientious steps.
  5. Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports and analysis to keep leadership informed on key metrics and trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Innovation, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a scale-up environment or within a company that has undergone rapid growth.
  • A passion for leveraging data to drive business innovation, particularly in an infrastructure domain.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel), coding, and data science methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluory in written and spoken English.
