We are committed to fostering a culture of transparency and accountability, and we are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our global People & Culture team as a People Data and Analytics Coordinator.

In this role, you will analyze key people data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. You will also assist in developing and implementing data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security in people data.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze key people data to identify trends and deliver clear reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement data processes for ESG and CSRD reporting, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows, improve system integration, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Establish a robust foundation for compensation data analytics, including pay transparency reporting.
