Territory Sales Manager

Join our team as a Territory Sales Manager and take on the challenge of growing and maintaining sales for an assigned territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will utilize consultative sales techniques to build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a territory plan to drive sales growth and maintain existing sales
- Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and threats
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Partner with inside sales and customer service to drive sales growth
- Educate customers on our product lines and technologies
- Demonstrate product and provide fitting assistance as needed
- Serve as an instructor for group training sessions throughout the US
- Actively participate in regular conference calls and meetings
- Attend all required training sessions
- Maintain accurate customer records in our shared database
- Maintain timely expense, travel records, and sales call reports
- Attend trade shows and industry functions as needed
- Frequent travel required - minimum 75%
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- VA experience preferred
- Clinic and hearing aid fittings preferred
- Outside sales experience preferred
