Role Overview
Ageras is an ambitious fintech company dedicated to helping small businesses succeed. We are looking for a skilled Financial Accountant to join our finance team, contributing to the growth and development of our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of financial management. This role requires a strong theoretical foundation in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily financial bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable management, pre-registration, and payment
- Contributing to the development, improvement, and optimization of internal processes
- Providing backup for colleagues during holidays and sick leave
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in connection with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports, as well as preparing materials for audits
Requirements:
- A relevant education in accounting
- Around 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or in accounting, preferably in an international company
- Experience using accounting systems (preferably Business Central/Navision)
- Good collaboration skills with colleagues and partners
- Fluency in English and good Danish skills are required. Other language skills will be considered a plus
