Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the WaterColor project, focusing on marine microbial carbon cycling in Greenlandic waters. The project combines field observations and experimental work, utilizing both existing data and collecting new samples/experiments through field research.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of scientific publications towards international journals
  • Share research findings with qualified professionals at conferences
  • Conduct an external research stay as part of the Danish PhD program
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in marine sciences, preferably with experience in field and laboratory work
  • Knowledge in microbial carbon cycling, strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB/Simulink, Python, R, etc.
