IT & Digitalisation - Talent Pipeline for Student Assistant positions

Are you passionate about IT and digitalisation? Do you want to contribute to our mission with your unique skills? We're seeking student assistants to join our IT & Digitalisation Talent Pipeline. As a student assistant, you'll work with a team of professionals on diverse aspects of digital, data, and IT. You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and learn from your colleagues.
Our IT division, Digital, Data, and IT (DD&IT), offers a wide range of opportunities to work with IT and digitalisation across various business areas. You'll be part of a team of 4000 professionals working on diverse aspects of digital, data, and IT. We optimize processes in our production facilities and ensure the secure and optimal use of our data.
As a student assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and learn from your colleagues. You'll interact with many colleagues within your team, department, or across the organization, managing various stakeholders. Your passion and motivation will influence the assignments you work on.
A Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is between 8 – 20 hours per week, with most positions requiring 10 – 15 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.
We're seeking student assistants who are passionate, eager to learn, and able to manage their time effectively. Experience with tools and languages such as PowerBI, Tableau, R, Python, Alteryx, SQL, etc., and the ability to work with various stakeholders is a plus.
Fluency in English is a requirement, and your CV should be submitted in English. Most of our Student Assistant positions are filled through our Talent Pipelines. By joining, you'll be considered for numerous positions that aren't publicly advertised. If your profile matches a position, we'll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.
You'll remain in the Pipeline for up to 6 months unless you choose to withdraw. After 6 months, due to GDPR, we close the pipelines and notify all active candidates, providing a link to reapply to our new Talent Pipelines.
