IQVIA Argentina is seeking a skilled Site Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research and be able to manage clinical sites effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, monitor, and close-out clinical sites in accordance with contracted scope of work and GCP.
- Work closely with sites to adapt and track subject recruitment plans to meet project needs.
- Deliver protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular communication channels.
- Conduct quality evaluations of study site practices and escalate any issues as necessary.
- Monitor study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, case report form completion, data query generation, and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of site management, monitoring visit findings, and action plans.
- Collaborate with study team members for project execution support as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
- At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
- Excellent understanding of clinical research regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
