We are working with Accell Group to find a highly skilled Human Resources Leader to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading international provider of bikes, parts, and accessories and make a significant impact on the company's success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives and determine the HR agenda for the respective businesses.
  • Leading the development and implementation of Accell HR strategies that support business objectives, including talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and cultural initiatives.
  • Facilitating senior leadership and executive team development, coaching leaders on effective management and leadership practices.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development, aligning development initiatives with business needs and individual career aspirations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience working in larger international companies with a wide scope of HR topics like organizational development, HR transformation, strategies & implementation, and related HR disciplines.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to draft scenarios.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels, with the ability to manage conflicts and possess great listening skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong influential skills and a pragmatic, people-oriented attitude to continually improve performance.
